Role and Responsibilities:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for strategically managing all phases of the recruitment process including but not limited to designing and updating job descriptions crafting compelling emails to attract passive candidates sourcing potential candidates through various online platforms conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews managing HR metrics participating in recruitment events collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits during the onboarding process. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building a strong and competent talent pool for our clients within the IT industry.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field possess prior experience as an HR Recruiter demonstrate a sound understanding of HR processes and labor regulations exhibit expertise in fullcycle recruiting and showcase exceptional verbal and nonverbal communication skills along with exceptional timemanagement and organizational abilities.
