Inviting applications for the role of

Assistant Vice President, Delivery Leader Responsibilities · Product Owner who will own and manage the roadmap, strategy and execution. · Owner for the Salesforce driven solution offering along with the sales & marketing teams to own the GTM & execution. · To be the face of the company in front of all the external stakeholders including partners, prospective clients, existing clients, vendors etc. · Provide effective leadership for the development team, appropriately balancing data-driven analysis with transparent decision-making to enable an agile product lifecycle. · Collaborate with various internal stakeholders like senior leadership, QA, Security, operations to deliver on the committed roadmap. · Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and packaged products. · Establish and regularly communicate KPIs and metrics that help measure product application stability and performance, quality of overall software solutions, and engineering team productivity. · Proven record to lead a well diverse large team of at least 12+ virtual team members. · Good in coaching and mentoring while targeting to establish a self-sustainable and motivated team. · Setting SalesForce R&D team and individual goals, able to close feedback and performance reviews. · Hands on in interviewing right fit candidates while able to retain existing repartee’s best for team’s interest. Preferred qualifications · Strong experience in Software Development Leadership · Recent product management or product owner experience · Proven track record of owning and driving multi-stakeholder technology projects. · Delivered SaaS products over the cloud. · Managed geographically distributed stakeholder. · Proven experience in project management and account management, large F&A transitions, or software delivery · Sound understanding of SDLC & overall technical knowledge of different applications (not limited to) ERPs, system integration, workflows, databases, archival systems. · Knowledge of Salesforce and its eco-system is a must and SAP / ERP, Azure, AWS, RPA, e-Invoicing, OCR, BPM solutions/technologies will be a big plus. · Ability to handle multiple projects and implementations in parallel with appropriate prioritization. Manage escalations and effectively utilize higher management in resolving challenging problems. · Case Management and F&A domain and process understanding are preferred. · Experience of having worked in any of the specific F&A areas i.e. OTC, PTP or RTR are preferred. · Agile – SAFe practitioner and software release management
