Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate located in Dehradun. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day housekeeping tasks including laundry services, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
- Laundry experience and knowledge of industry best practices for laundering linens and garments
- Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
- Experience training or mentoring new housekeeping employees is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
- Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Diploma or Certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
