Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic and self driven individual to work as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of the Academy of Vedic Vidya an educational institution which offers a variety of online courses. Academy of Vedic Vidya is a division of SkillEnable that specializes in employabilityfocused Occult Science courses. We have been able to make a footprint pan India through our studentfriendly classes taken by qualified and efficient trainers.
In this role you will play an important role in providing daytoday administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director in a timely manner. The personal secretary plays a vital role in handling the intricate and extensive tasks related to the Managing Director s working life and communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Filing and updating databases in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinating travel arrangements if required.
- Make and receive calls in a professional and courteous manner on behalf of the Managing Director
- Implementation of administrative procedures and tasks
- Management and maintenance of office systems and office supplies
- Organized Scheduling making reportspersonal and business documentation along with accounting duties
- Expense and Calendar management
- Coordinate and organize meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and ensuring timely followup on action items.
- Handle correspondence including emails letters and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare reports presentations and other documents as required by the M.D.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as directed.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the M.D.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle matters with discretion.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in any field MBA in management or BBA in any field is preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel Google Suite and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to file and schedule in an organized and timely manner.
- Proven experience as Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant or similar role will be given priority.
- Prior knowledge and experience in booking and coordination travel arrangements
- Must have strong presentation skills
- Hands On experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Candidate must be proactive flexible and fastadapting to rapid changes and in maintaining and coordinating the daytoday tasks related to the M.D
- Prior experience in planning and organizing events and meetings whenever required.
- Strong and confident communication and interpersonal skills
