Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed.
• Conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
• Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other.
• Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure
• Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Supervise a team of store staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Monitor delivery schedules and address any discrepancies or delays.
• Work closely with the finance department to manage and control store-related expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, purchases, and delivery.
