Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on topics relevant to employee well-being and professional development.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.

- 1 to 4 years of experience in corporate training or soft skills training.

- Proficiency in Kannada and English languages.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective training modules.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.

- Experience in customer service excellence training is a plus.
