We are actively seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with a proven track record in
IT services and MBA in marketing . In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing our marketing strategy. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the development and implementation of robust marketing plans aimed at elevating brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and fostering revenue growth. Total exp 6yrs - 11 years Salary 10 lacs - 20 lacs PA Responsibilities Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all business content - print, website, digital, social media, and video assets. Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Presales support for building solutions and proposals for prospects and leads. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). An MBA in marketing is a must. Proven experience working in marketing roles within the IT industry. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in an IT software services company. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and emerging trends. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in marketing software and tools. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
