The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.Â

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• To find the right candidates for assigned job posts.
• Manage them to be productive and efficient.
• To Develop a Network of Marketing Channels and Supply Chains in and around Thrissur District.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Need to know the HR Process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to Travel in and around Thrissur District.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement

Payment Terms

• Commission against successful completion of project by team.
• This is not a salary based job. This is a work based payment.
• You can earn more as per your capacity and efficiency.
