Role – IT Talent Acquisition/ Sourcing Analyst(UK/EU) Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Experience: 2 to 5 years Skills/Knowledge Required: Good knowledge on Global Talent Acquisition/Recruitment High level of attention to detail Must have social media skill Effective Negotiation Skills Strong knowledge on Microsoft: Outlook, Words, Excel. Good Oral & Written communication Good Team player Effective time management abilities Ability to work in fast paced environment Responsibilities: Understand the client requirement, supporting Talent Acquisition team to boost productivity. Research, identify and engage with active & passive candidate attract them to open roles Building strong talent pool & pipeline for present & future roles by utilizing best sourcing strategy. Engaging with candidate & building strong relationship. Ability to present open roles to potential candidates. Also present candidate to the client for present & future roles. Ability to support at every stage of recruitment lifecycle. Adhere to follow the TA process & meet the strict deadlines.
