Job description
Ideal candidate to have 10 years' experience in legal field and a qualified LLB.
Scope of work:
(i) liaising with internal stakeholders to collate data, documents and information;
(ii) undertake preliminary title check;
(iii) liaise with external lawyers, stamp agents, registrar for undertaking title diligence;
(iv) reviewing and finalizing documentation of conveyancing, lease, license, settlement, MOUs, term sheets, AFS, ATS;
(v) stamp duty advisory;
(vi) liaising for stamp duty payment and registration;
(vii) drafting and finalizing internal leases/ leave & license for office spaces and warehouse;
(viii) advise and work with external lawyers on real estate litigation matters;
(ix) coordinate with external lawyers for responding to any notices from any land revenue authorities, stamp duty authorities, collector offices; maintain MIS and status of each matter, land application;
(x) legal advisory;
(xi) drafting and reviewing/ work along with litigation expert for real estate litigation.
(xii) review of agreements from real estate perspective.
