Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles, primarily focused on social media marketing and product development.

Onboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new interns, ensuring a smooth transition into our virtual workspace.

Intern Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to keep interns engaged and motivated during their 3-month journey with Vijaya.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of intern details, performance, and feedback.

Collaboration:
Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and contribute to the creation of a positive work culture.

Communication:
Facilitate effective communication channels among interns and between interns and the management team.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.

Duration and Compensation:

This is an unpaid internship lasting for 3 months .
