Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to join CMS College As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits design, performance management, and new hires. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruiting and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and techniques
- Experience in payroll management and compliance
- Knowledge of employee benefits design and administration
- Ability to think critically and solve HR-related problems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in HR processes
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits design, performance management, and new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth HR operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Design and administer employee benefits programs and ensure their effective implementation
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws
- Implement and manage performance management processes to drive employee development and engagement
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends, practices, and regulations to ensure best HR practices in the organization
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as required
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance the HR capabilities of the organization
