Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ludhiana. The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations. The HR Manager will also work with leadership to develop and implement human resource policies and practices that align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and current regulations
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
