Job Purpose – The service Manager will manage the ISP, and DTH customer base by building a good relationship,
and enhancing and evaluating Customer needs. Acting as a point of contact and making sure that the interaction is
effective while onboarding, problem-solving, retention and to provide problem-solvingence.
Key responsibilities:
• Specifying and creating detailed solutions /programs based on market and customer requirements.
• Execution of solutions by effectively capturing and owning the product and channel partner requirements & driving
end-user engagement
• Work with KAM/Circle Head and other teams to establish the platform/product through innovative customer
engagement solutions and run campaigns in collaboration with marketing to establish ongoing relationships with our
partners and affiliates.
• Acting as the bridge between the Product / Marketing / Sales team and the channel partner
• Conducting periodic dipstick with channel partners/ users to proactively monitor product satisfaction
• Monitoring product usage & creating solutions for encouraging deeper penetration where there is scope for
improvement.
