Job description

Hiring for the post of HR Manager for Hyderabad.

Post: HR Executive

 

Experience: 15 to 25 Years Experience in the Manufacturing Sector.

 

Skills: 

 

Enforcing HR policy, the bridge between management & staff, coordination with labor contractors, industrial relations,

 

Handl ing end-to-end  recruitment in each &every segment of the organization.

 

Entry Management: Joining Formalities,  policy briefing, employee salary accounts, etc. Inducting  new employees into the company, Issuing Offe r and appointment letter.  Biometric Punching 

 

Employee Database Manag ement:   Maintenance of employee database both in sof t and hard copies  to capture all details of the employees.

 

Payroll and Attendance Management: Maintaining the attendance and leave records of all the  employees and updating payr oll process, Preparing Bank and cash remittance.

 

Statutory Compliance: Handling of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, P. TAX, Employment Ex-

change Return and othe r related matters with regards to employees.

 

Appraisal management:   performance appraisal process with coordination of concerned depart ment and maintaining records of appraisal ratings.

Manpower Tra cking : Generating report presented to business heads for Manpower Planning an d

Attrition Manageme nt.

 

MIS/Reports:   Genera ting and maintaining MISreportsfor employee base pertaining to manpo wer  headcount, attrition, and training. Prepare regular and special Purpose reports, In-out time absenteeism , LateComing, etc .

 

Other responsibilities: Keep records and update management on a variety of matters including  absence, poor performance, terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters , and organizing inter nal transfers; providing data for final settlement.

 

 

Exit/ Retention Management: Employee Exit Interview feedback to curb attrition and areas of

Improve ment

 

 

Salary:  Upto 12 Lpa

 

Location: Hyderabad
