As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales and operational strategies in alignment with our company's goals. Position: Business Development Intern Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills. Available to work full-time. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks. Previous experience in sales and operations. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Must be in the final year of studies or a recent graduate. Responsibilities: Excellent communication for smooth internal and external interactions. Full-time availability, dedicated to achieving organizational goals. Manage sales and operations tasks, aligning with company objectives. Proactive learner, adaptable to new tasks and responsibilities. Collaborate on sales strategy, conduct market research for growth opportunities. Lead high-performing sales team, set clear goals, drive accountability. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners. Foster innovation, continuous improvement in the sales team. Collaborate across departments for cohesive customer acquisition and satisfaction. Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
