Responsibilities:
- Legal Documentation Management:Organize, maintain, and update legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all legal documentation
- Create and maintain a centralized repository for easy access to legal documents
- Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor regulatory changes and updates affecting the company's operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities and findings
- Contract Management:Coordinate the contract lifecycle from drafting to execution and renewal
- Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements
- Track contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties regarding contract matters
- Legal Research and Support:Conduct legal research on various topics as assigned
- Assist legal counsel in preparing legal documents, briefs, and presentations
- Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed
- Training and Education:Assist in developing and delivering training programs on legal and compliance topics
- Keep employees informed about relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related inquiries
