Hiring for Quality Engineer Powder coating

Reporting to:  QA Head 

Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Degree (in Paint technology, Chemical , B. Sc. Or M.Sc. )

Desired Experience: Up to 2 to 5 years experience in same pattern industry (Powder coating)

Salary: Up to 3.60 Lac(s)

JOB PROFILE:

• Pre-Treatment process knowledge 
• Powder coating process knowledge 
• Timely verification of pre-treatment tank point age & Ph level & Maintain as per the requirement 
• ETP usage & maintenance & Record 
• Daily Sample panel testing & Records maintain for the same in ISO format 
• Instrument /Test equipment maintenance 
• Salt spray test knowledge/Timely testing as per the decided frequency
• Housekeeping/5’S 
• Chemical discard Plan & Maintenance accordingly 
• Solving of troubleshooting
