SEO Specialist About The Role We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team! As a SEO specialist you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as online strategy, link building and keyword strategy to improve rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing to maximize ROI.
As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success.
Responsibilities - Create search engine marketing and promotion strategies for company websites.
- Implement SEO strategies for company websites.
- Perform detailed site analysis and document tactics to be implemented for our company's website to be likely to be found in organic search results.
- Conduct keyword analysis and research and develop quality keyword portfolio for all the websites on a regular basis.
- Optimize the various site components including body copy, meta title/descriptions, H1, site architecture, internal linking, etc.
- Ensure that the new site pages follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to content, structure, and coding.
- Assist in reviewing Search Engine Ranking Reports and optimizing under-performing listings.
- Analyse latest algorithm changes and modify content, links etc. accordingly for better results.
- Topic research for content development in form of articles, blog posts, web page copy and tutorials
- Create and manage on-page, off-page and technical SEO optimization including but not limited to link-building, blogging, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Qualifications - A Graduate with minimum 3 Years of SEO experience
- Good English communication skills (Written and Spoken)
- Complete understanding of SEO works (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).
- Conversant with different SEO tools for keyword research, competitor research, LSI & content analysis and good understanding of Google analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console (Webmaster tools).
- Self-motivator with proactive attitude, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Requirements
- Proven SEO experience
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Minimum 3 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
