Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive with good working experience and good communication skills.
Experience required: Minimum 2 years.
Job type: Full-time, on-site, permanent.
Salary: As per capability.
Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal.
Work timing: 9:30 am-6:30 pm.
Working days: Monday to Saturday.
Note: Saturdays only up to 4:00 pm.
Eligibility Criteria:
-Contacting the customers daily to generate inquiries.
-Must identify the best source for generating secure and long-term business.
-Need to be in touch with clients through calls & and emails to nurture the bond for repeat businesses.
-Need to develop new clients for business expansion.
-Should be experienced in handling emails via Gmail.
-Must be equipped with the recent business practices and foster new business techniques for the company expansion.
-Need to collaborate with team members and management for smooth business growth and continuation.
-Should adopt new counter techniques as per the rival firm's movements by discussing with management and getting approval.
-Maintaining a proper track record and following up with new customers and existing ones for repeat business through the company's CRM practices.
-Need to learn and master the usage of the company's CRM software.
-Must convince the clients by highlighting the point Why we are better than manufacturers for them
-Need to contact the abroad clients as per their availability.
