Role Description: -
Your skills and experience-
Long experiencing in building, managing, and developing Offshore Teams
University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience.
Several years of experience in full stack development of robust and reusable code, especially experience with Java, JavaScript (including Node.js framework), React JS, Spring framework, APIs (RESTful services), databases.
Very good and Hands-on experience with Cloud tech (GitHub Actions, Terraform, GCP / Azure / AWS, Docker Container orchestration such OpenShift, Kubernetes)
You can execute the full SDLC, write good, reusable, testable and maintainable code and you are familiar with agile work.
You are a good team player who likes to share content and best practices, have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in English.
This role covers two aspects:
as a Team Lead.
Lead and manage the Offshore Pune Team with overarching rolls (QA, Developer, etc.)
Create a high performing team and develop talents.
Be a reliable counterpart for the Onshore Management.
As a Lead Engineer for Technology in our Technology team, you will partner with business, technology managers to create Designs, solutions and strongly engineered applications.
Youll be an integral part of the banks infrastructure, guiding the Corporate Bank Technology team through the engineering practices. You will enable the digital environment that helps our people share their knowledge, expertise, and real passion for our business.
