Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Desk - Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Full Desk - Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of US client coordination and US IT & Non-US IT recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Direct client interaction experience
  • Knowledge of W2 employment model
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Roles And Responsibilities

  • As a part of the Full Desk Business Development Manager, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence.
  • You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.
  • Responsible for maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  • Manage the team targets and can generate good revenue.
  • Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.

Looking for the Aspirants who do have strong hands-on exposure in US IT & Non US IT Recruitments with Client Handling too.

Senior Recruiters who don't have Client Communications experience & want to upgrade their profile can apply for this position!
