Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Counselor role located in Indore. The Counselor will be responsible for communicating with students and providing them information about colleges, courses, eligibility criteria, and applications. The Counselor will also assist students with the application process and provide guidance on financial aid options.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a high volume of inquiries
• Understanding of college admission processes and policies in India and abroad
• Knowledge of educational systems and career opportunities in India and abroad
• Experience in counseling or admissions in a college or university setting is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field

Additional qualifications that may be beneficial include experience in sales or marketing, proficiency in multiple languages, and experience working with diverse populations.
