We are seeking an experienced full or part time Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel company. The company offers an array of travel products to corporate clients across the globe. Ideal for an experienced business travel consultant looking to work remotely, seeking career progression and something a little different.

The successful business travel consultant shall be joining an established, friendly and enthusiastic team, within a company that recognises and rewards its staff. Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Duties:

• Arrange client travel, research locations and source availability.
• managing the booking process from start to finish.
• Manage complex bookings out of hours.
• Provide efficient customer service to ensure our clients’ needs are fully met.
• Locate the best available rates and in the best location available.
• Deliver on revenue targets through building VIP client relationships to stimulate and retain new and existing business, respectively.
• Process all reservation requests, confirmations, changes and cancellations received over the telephone or email.
• Monitor and Manage GDS queues and provide support when required.

Essential Requirements

• Business travel experience is imperative.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Fantastic attention to detail.
• Strong Negotiator and a professional telephone manner.
• Advanced Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and use of the internet).
