Job Description

- Provide expert advice on SEZ tax structures, evaluating taxability, and planning tax strategies to optimise tax efficiency.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, reports, and special analyses, liaising with GST auditors and resolving GST-related issues.
- Manage the filing of income tax forms on a quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Liaise with tax auditors and carry out tax audits, including data preparation and completion.
- Obtain SEZ tax incentives such as income tax and R&D-related incentives, coordinating with government departments for tax approvals.
- Collaborate with SAP teams to implement changes in internal accounting and reporting systems to comply with Indian tax regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all direct and indirect taxation compliances, identifying and implementing simplification opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• CA with 6+ Years of experience
• Candidate must have handled finance and compliances for Special economic zone (SEZ) unit in his/her stint
• Experience in SAP is a must have for the role
