Quality Assurance:
To ensure that the quality of all products is as per the laid down standards ands meets the customers stated and implied needs through the development and monitoring the control plans and quality assurance plans adherance.
Product Development:
Laison with customers and CMDC and FRP product development personnel, sales executives to understand the explicit and implicit needs, conduct trials and stabilize the products to help increase market share. Define the process route and quality criteria for manufacturing.
Process control:
To monitor and control the processes for bringing improvements in Quality, Productivity and Recovery at the optimum Cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Interaction with customers on product development and product quality
- Interaction with Production (Operatives / POET(process engineer,Operation engineer,Engineering and technology engineers of machine center) members for Design and Standardization of Key process Input and output variables
- Planning and Organizing Process Development Trials
- Investigation on Customers complaints and feedbacks
- Analysis of Process Non-Conformities & Sales Return
- Assist Product leaders on Product Development trials and Implementation of Processes developed for new products
- Undertaking Recovery Improvement projects
- Training of operatives and Operations Personnel on Product and process Requirements through on-job training and Customer visits
- Performance tests of new processes and stabilization, new SOP formulation to meet upcoming customer needs
