Position: Technical Lead - TechOps (ServiceNow)
Overview: As a Technical Lead in TechOps focusing on ServiceNow, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow platform to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall IT service management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. ServiceNow Implementation:
    • Lead end-to-end implementation projects on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, etc.
    • Implement best practices for ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  2. Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members involved in ServiceNow projects.
    • Drive technical excellence and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture and strategy.
  3. Platform Management and Administration:
    • Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Perform platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements as necessary.
    • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
  4. Integration and Automation:
    • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other IT systems and tools.
    • Develop automation workflows and scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
  5. Documentation and Training:
    • Create technical documentation including system architecture, design documents, and configuration guides.
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
