Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Group Product Manager-Critical Care. The Group Product Manager is responsible for managing the critical care product portfolio, driving strategy for launching new products, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful commercialization of critical care products. The Group Product Manager will also work closely with sales, marketing, and medical affairs teams to provide product-related training and support key customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy or an equivalent life science field. MBA degree holders are preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including significant experience in product management and launch of critical care products
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and driving new product launches and commercialization
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, and medical affairs teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
