Overview

The Project Lead role requires a candidate with solid project management expertise to manage resources through task creation and assignment, timesheet assignment, project setup, invoice generation, and report generation utilizing NetSuite Open Air. End to end expertise from starting up project, tracking hours, invoicing, to project closure in OpenAir.

What you will do:

• Extensive hands-on experience in working on various metrics and dashboards by creating/extracting custom reports using NetSuite and OpenAir application.
• Build, track monthly, quarterly, yearly Revenue Forecast and Actuals realization reports.
• Creating various dashboards and metrics for portfolio of projects to analyze project performance, progress using NetSuite OpenAir PPM tool
• Creating monthly/quarterly reports and presentations for P&L, Margin analysis by extracting customized reports from PPM tools
• Project Management, Resource Management and PMO Manager responsibilities.
• Review financial reports and prepare financial forecasts using OpenAir
• Preparing reports for tracking resource utilization & revenue.
• Managing portfolio of projects and providing proven results by drafting demand forecast report, revenue forecast report, project status reports, portfolio management & Streamline resource planning process using OpenAir
• Connect and coordinate with managers for project tracking and resource capacity planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

What you will bring:

• Overall 6-12 years’ applicable experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience working on NetSuite OpenAir.
• Sound project management experience using Open Air to manage resources by creating and assigning tasks, timesheets, project setup, Invoices, and reports.
• End to end knowledge from setting up project, tracking hours, invoicing, to project closure in OpenAir.
• Prior knowledge on US Healthcare domain is a plus.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Troubleshooting and Analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Project scope, estimation, and change management.
