What youll do
Ensure that CoinDCX customers have a smooth and seamless access to all INR paymodes
Lead the closure of banking alliances for making these paymodes available - through tie ups at a branch level central teams of the banks.
Establish and own a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management - i.e. ownership of goals for both hunting and farming of accounts for the South Zone
Managing end-to-end operations logistics, as well as cross-functional partnerships with other departments to onboard and operationalize payment partners
Evaluate, recommend, and own new strategies for improving efficiencies related to Fiat On-Ramp Operations, specially for faster reconciliation of deposits
Act as a consultant for our banking partners, helping them adapt to the needs of a new age business like ours.
What youll bring
2 - 6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
An existing understanding of and business network in banks, fintech's and payment gateways - i.e. primarily the world of online payments.
A Bachelor's degree is a must to be eligible for this role.
