SENIOR SHIFT IN CHARGE

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Shift In Charge at Andhra Paper's Rajahmundry factory. The Senior Shift In Charge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing a team of machine operators and workers. The Senior Shift In Charge will report to the Production Manager and work closely with other department heads.

• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities
• Experience managing a team of workers and machine operators
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Prior experience working in a paper manufacturing facility is a plus
