Role Description
- The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the store in New Delhi, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, handling loss prevention, and providing excellent customer service.
- The Store Manager will also be responsible for communicating with customers and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Reporting on daily basis.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience in store management, including inventory management and staff training
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in B.Pharma.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
