Company DescriptionA 120 years old UK based MNC providing Facilitiy Management Services across the globeRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Engineer located in Pune. The Shift Engineer will be responsible for operating and maintaining the building and its equipment, conducting regular inspections, addressing maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They will also be required to perform duties related to energy management and sustainability initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Facility Management or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or building operationsExperience in the operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systemsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience with electrical, plumbing, fire safety codes and regulationsKnowledge of energy management and sustainability initiatives is a plusAble to work in shifts, weekends and holidaysData Center Experience will be aplus
