Job Title : Data AnalystJob Description :We are currently seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for extracting insights from data. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business decisions and drive strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within our datasets.Key Responsibilities :- Collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.- Analyzing large datasets using SQL to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.- Developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes to automate data workflows.- Creating reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and solve problems.- Utilizing Python for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting tasks.- Leveraging Excel as a power user to perform advanced data analysis and modeling.- Familiarity with SAP, Sales Force, and other CRM systems for data extraction and analysis.- Applying data management best practices to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.- Developing data models and schemas to support business reporting and analytics needs.Required Skills :- Proficiency in SQL scripting and database management.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.- Familiarity with Python for data analysis, manipulation, and scripting.- Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. - Knowledge of data management concepts including data governance, quality, and stewardship.- Understanding of data modeling concepts and methodologies.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.- X years of experience in data analysis or a related field.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.- Relevant certifications in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other related tools are a plus.If you are passionate about data and analytics and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
