Roles & responsibilities:
1) Achieving sales goals for assigned territory
2) Analyzing sales data & formulating strategy
3) Building & maintaining strong rapport with customers
4) Ability to manage corporate customers
5) Gathering Market Intelligence
6) Coordination with service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum education qualification:
DME/BE Or B.Tech. in Textiles
Preferrable educational qualification:
DBM (Diploma in Business Management)
Total experience required:
10 to 15 years
Total relevant experience required:
5 Years
Skills required:
1)Communication, presentation & selling skills
2)Critical thinking & problem solving
3)Time management & Planning
4)Great command of MS Office
Essential criterions for selection:
1) Knowledge of textile manufacturing process
2) Five plus years of experience in similar position
3) Proven track record of selling high value capital
equipment
4) Contacts in textile industry
Desirable but not essential criterions for selection:
1) Experience in selling weaving preparatory machines
2) Good knowledge of digital marketing
3) Fluency in Punjabi language
Preferred age group:
35 to 40 years
