Job description
1) Make outgoing calls on the Data provided by the company-500 Dials on a daily basis
2) Pitch OverDraft Loan/Personal Loan products using script provided by the company & convince the customers to apply for Loan- Speak to minimum 100 customers in a Day.
3) Get 2 Eligible customers in a Day ( Eligible for a Loan)
4) Update the status of Customers on Android Application of the Company namely KR App.
5) Develop rapport with the customers & get references for Loans products from them.
6) Earn huge variable pay every month by disbursing huge volume of Loans.
