Calling all food enthusiasts with a passion for service!  Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can connect with customers and ensure their dining experience is nothing short of amazing We're searching for a passionate Customer Support Specialist  to join our growing team at Ghoomar Traditional Thali Restaurants !
You'll be the friendly voice and face (online and offline) guiding our customers through their journey, from when they inquire about a table to enjoying a delicious meal at one of our 24 restaurants across India.
What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to guru for all things dining: Â Answer customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp chat, live chat, Instagram/Facebook DMs, and Google Maps Messages, focusing on:
- Table bookings: Â Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Menu mastery: Â Share detailed information about our offerings, answer ingredient questions, and suggest dishes based on dietary needs or preferences.
- Pricing transparency: Â Clearly explain menu costs, and special offers, and answer related questions confidently.
- Party booking pro: Â Assist with planning memorable group gatherings, from large birthday celebrations to intimate family lunches.
- Become a multi-platform ninja: Â Seamlessly navigate between different communication channels, providing prompt and consistent responses across all platforms.
- Be a proactive problem solver: Â Anticipate customer needs, address concerns efficiently, and always go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay in the know: Â Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menus, promotions, and restaurant locations to best assist customers.
- Be an ambassador of deliciousness: Â Represent our brand with a positive and friendly attitude, building trust and loyalty among our guests.
- Make occasional outbound calls: Â Reach out to customers for follow-ups, table confirmations, or bookings based on leads.

Bonus points:
- Experience in the restaurant industry or customer service.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp chatbots, live chat software, or social media management.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms.
- Ability to speak multiple Indian languages.
