- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and participating in the selection process.
- Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that they complete required documentation, training, and orientation.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed and that the organization remains in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure that employee compensation and related payroll activities are accurate and timely.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts as the first point of contact, and escalate issues as necessary.
