About the Job

The Resource Planner's primary function is to prepare the short and long term planning for the program. This person will be coordinating with various internal stakeholders and the client to ensure that the right and realistic assumptions are used and aligned with the requirements from the State of Work.

This person will provide staffing recommendations (e.g. Hiring Plan, Transfers to other campaigns, Upskilling etc.) that are discussed and released in a timely manner.

As Resource Planner, You Will…

• Prepare the Long Term Capacity Plan for the program, and support and review all elements that impacts staffing
• Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure that the assumptions are based from historical data & commitments of the Operational/Departmental leaders
• Maintain a tracker on historical data of the elements & apply forecasting methodologies on the trajectory
• Set up a weekly call to discuss the Capacity Plan for the Stakeholders & publish it in a timely manner together with the minutes of the meeting
• Follow up with the necessary department POCs on action items that will impact staffing for the succeeding weeks/months

Requirements

As Resource Planner, You Have…

• At least 1-2 years experience in Capacity Planning
• Knowledge on WFM Capacity Planning
• Knowledge of forecasting and statistical analysis
• Experience with database management/mining
• Experience in using WFM tools
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
