Title: Quality Engineer - FRP equipment manufacturing Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the FRP industry. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of product quality and manufacturing process efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for FRP manufacturing processes.
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished FRP products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in new product development and qualification processes, providing input on quality requirements and design for manufacturability.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of the quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to production and quality control teams on quality procedures and best practices.
- Prepare quality reports, performance metrics, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Diploma/degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ, etc.) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in the FRP, composite materials or equipment manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control standards.
- Experience with quality management tools and methodologies, such as statistical process control and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
