'Minimum 5 years' total experience in IT IndustryÂ

Technical Support and Troubleshooting :Â

• Offer technical assistance to developers, operators, and administrators.Â
• Skilfully troubleshoot complex issues, diving deep into server logs, analysing patterns, and coming up with effective solutions in a timely manner.Â
• Manage and analyse logs, ensuring all anomalies are detected and addressed.Â

Standard and Protocol Expertise :Â

• Possess and continually develop a thorough understanding of J2EE standards, JDBC configuration, JNDI Directory Services, SOAP, and Webservices.Â
• Ensure adherence to these standards and protocols in all WebSphere deployments.Â

Security and Compliance :Â

• Apply support fixes as required to maintain the integrity and security of the systems.Â

Additional Skills :Â

• Familiarity and basic knowledge of IBM MQ 9.0 is desired.
• Ability to integrate IBM Server and IBM Server Plugins seamlessly with the broader WebSphere environment.Â
