Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer for one of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing people and enhancing their interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English & Tamil Remuneration: 20k per month Kindly note that candidates who receive more than 3 LPA annually should not apply. Responsibilities: Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and employees. Designing and developing comprehensive training programs focused on improving soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and time management. Creating engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, activities, and exercises. Facilitating training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings. Providing individual coaching and feedback to employees to support their development. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other assessment methods. Collaborating with HR and management to integrate soft skills training into employee development plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a soft skills trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
