Job Requirement

Job Summary :

We are looking for a candidate with 3 years + experience in handling Customer Service to provide excellent customer service. The goal is to provide excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction and meet their expectations.

Responsibilities :

• Receive requirements from the Sales Team and taking confirmation from the client.
• Co-ordinate with client for Order
• Order Processing and create Job Requisition
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow-up with required stakeholders for client order execution.
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

Skills Competencies :

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills and email handling skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond in time bound manner
