Key Responsibilities (Functional) Creating and tracking funnel of students becoming eligible for placements and tracking upto closure/placement / certification Ability to forecast openings for passing out students for a rolling period of 3 months and plan ahead on opening creation basis program outcome To strictly adhere to Experience center visit plan To Plan and conduct Placement Grooming sessions for students and strictly monitor student place ability quotient as per defined parameters. To ensure all eligible students are groomed and allotted placements / Internship within defined timelines Placement Operations liaison with Student and fellow team members / organizations and matching student profiles to openings and ensuring interview attendance Generate relevant openings in as per students’ profiles Ability to negotiate with students and internal teams based on final levels achieved by student Communication - Ensure Publishing Placement reports, Critical reports , Selection ratio, Alumni tracking, Support in Events like - Job fair, Placement drives, Alumni events, Regular collection of testimonials from students getting placed Maintaining and Updation of Reports for all students eligible for Placement and Updation of placed candidates 100% ownership of students undergoing internship till final service delivery. Ensuring complete documentation of communication to students, deferment, placement offer, joining date, no. of opportunities provided Student Grievance Handling & ability to handle critical cases with ability and speed Planning, Organizing Student Engagement activities. Handling placement events/sessions Making creatives and videos for Placement activities

Behavioral Skills / Attributes for the role Good communication skills - both oral and written Training Skills Customer - 100% load placement; within timelines; Selection ratio - ensuring student placement within 3 interviews Proficiency in MS Office (excel and other tools)

Education Qualification Mandatory "Any Graduation stream; with min 50% in Grad and XIIth Preferred BSc IT, BE / B Tech in Computer Science; Post Graduate in any field

Functional Skills: High knowledge of industry and emerging trends Good articulation skills in English / Hindi / Local language Grievance handling Phone call handling Ability to convince students - Customer Responsiveness Grooming skills in Personality Development, English Communication, Interview handling" Proficiency in MS Office (excel and other tools) Knowledge of designing (creatives and videos for Placement activities)

` Experience Minimum (# of years): 4 ys Maximum (# of years): 6 yrs Relevant experience (should not be less than minimum experience): 4 yrs Preferred Industry : Education /Edtech/ retail sector, and a strong operations profile / with retail customer handling
