Job Brief CloudEagle

is looking for a vendor Negotiator/SaaS buyer to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who comes from a SaaS negotiation background. The candidate will be the POC between Customer’s and their vendors.

The individual will help our clients negotiate order forms, subscription agreements, and contracts. She/He will work with our customers to understand their past Software and SaaS purchases while building future Software and SaaS requirements in an effort to help customers purchase in the most optimized manner.

It's PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME Shift timing- 12PM - 10 PM IST

Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in customer sales efforts to demonstrate competencies in the software negotiation process and savings execution Negotiate savings for software, SaaS, Cloud, and Digital products Negotiation of Software and SaaS contracts of varying complexity, including financial, contractual (Terms and Conditions), and commercial terms Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and drive cost savings. Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, evaluate product offerings, and negotiate pricing and terms to achieve favorable agreements. Manage a portfolio of projects, contracts, and customers to deliver business value and mitigate contractual risk related to Software and SaaS purchases Provide guidance and support to junior members of the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirement Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a large-scale organization or corporate environment. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and negotiating contracts for a variety of IT products and services, including SaaS, software licenses, cloud services, and consulting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Familiarity with major software vendors. Demonstrated success in assessing, negotiating, and managing vendors. Passion for learning about software and SaaS trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make informed purchasing decisions. Exemplary and creative negotiation skills focused. Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with vendors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
