Job description

We are hiring a Leasing and Marketing Manager for Our Organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Creating and implementing a plan for marketing the property
• Improving resident satisfaction
• Aggressively marketing the property through multiple media platforms including telephone text email and social media
• Performing followup with prospects per company guidelines
• Achieving full rental occupancy by advertising filling vacancies conducting tours drafting lease documentation negotiating lease agreements and enforcing lease terms
• Assisting property owners with leasing their properties to prospective tenants
• Preparing lease documents and screening prospective tenants to qualify them
• Acting as a representative for property owners
