Role Description : As a member of the IT Enterprise Architecture team, this role contributes to the team's efforts by providing essential leadership, analysis, and design expertise for various architectural tasks. These tasks are aimed at supporting the development of technology solutions, processes, and integrations that effectively meet the business needs and adhere to architectural governance and standards. Role and responsibilities: Provides architectural leadership and oversight in the planning and design of new solutions Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all architecture design and analysis work. Leads evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation of solutions and/or integration architecture across business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, business requirements and enterprise standards. Leads the governance activities associated with ensuring architecture assurance and compliance. Nice to have skills: Good to have basic knowledge Pharma/Life Sciences. Knowledge of GMP, 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 Knowledge to define, manage IT Apps/Infrastructure in CMDB & CMDB Governance Knowledge of ServiceNow APM and LeanIX EAM tools, to create Reference model/Architecture for senior leadership presentation. Knowledge of any Data Modeling (Example: IDA, Erwin, ER/Studio), Application Integration Design (Example: RSA, Boomi, Apigee) concepts and tools Technical skills requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field along with 12 years of experience in a relevant industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree is a plus, but not required. At least 8 years of experience in IT Enterprise Architecture or a related role managing EA solutions to business initiatives or IT projects. At least 8 years hands-on experience with one or more technology solutions At least 5 years as an Enterprise Architect role or equivalent Demonstrable experience with on-premises, public cloud (e.g., AWS), modern data, AI, and mobile application architecture Strong understanding of how technology relates to business, market and industry and applies knowledge to support the needs of critical systems and projects. Possesses broad based and in-depth knowledge of complex technologies, EA principles, framework, tools, and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner) in industry. Demonstrated ability to interpret and document an extensive variety of business and technical processes and implementing architecture governance. We value diversity at Incedo.
