Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing)
Role Definition: A Performance Marketing Manager is one who is responsible for handling paid digital ad accounts of clients by making paid campaign planning, media planning & coordinating with clients, content writers, video editors and graphic designers for the smooth execution of paid ad campaigns. Responsibilities: 1. Monthly Paid Campaign Media Planning & Execution 2. Coordination With Client, Project Manager Content Writer, Video Editor & Graphic Designer 3. Setting Up all the Technical Integrations like FB Pixel, Tag Manager & Other Measurement Tools. 4. Competitive Analysis & New Plans & Campaigns as per Analysis 5. Get landing page requirements done with the developer team as per campaigns. 5. Developing managerial skills and digital advertising. growth hacks to grow into a digital ads manager and form a team of 4-5 digital ads executives. Tasks & Activities Digital Ads Campaign Planning • Making of Digital Ads (Campaign) calendar by doing online competitive research from online sources like facebook, Google search, Instagram, Linkedin and other tools. • Planning Ads as per the current trends and platform. • Work on maximising conversions, increasing CTR, ROAS and reducing CPC, CPA , etc. and other KPIs • Optimize the campaigns in such a way to get the best & more interested leads from campaigns. Coordination Meeting with Clients: • Preparing for meetings via structured research about clients business, its competitors' analysis, monthly plannings and other relevant requirements for Ad creatives. Meeting with Project Manager: Discussing monthly plans with the project manager and keeping him in loop about all the relevant communication with client and other team members. Coordination with Team Members Coordination with all the team members involved in the project like graphic designers or content writers for the smooth execution of the project and conveying any specific requirement of the client for Ad creatives or content. Tools & Other Knowledge • Knowledge of all Digital Advertising Platforms like FB Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads, Quora Ads, Sharechat Ads Etc. • Knowledge of all Adsl analysis and insights tools like power Ad Spy, Spyfu, Semrush Etc. • Knowledge of Creating different types of Campaign on Google like Search, Video, Display & App Insights & Analytics • Make Analysis of Monthly Insights and Execute plans for Growth. Should be well versed with Google Analytics & other Analytics tools. • Provide Weekly reports of Paid Campaigns every Saturday and forward to clients, discussing the same with the project manager. Client Handling • Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client • Be the interface between the client and the operations team for smooth handling of digital campaigns.
