Roles and Responsibilities
Understand and translate client requirements into Advanced Analytics solutions capitalizing on AI technologies and other tools across multiple industries. Build Technical Proposals covering end to end Advanced analytics solution scope of the projects. Deliver End to End Data Analytics solutions (analyze, design, implement, test and deploy) for respective clients and business use cases as Pilots, PoC’s or PoV’s or projects. Provide expert advice in choosing right solution and design right solution for the highlighted problem statements from the customer. Provide insights and manage End to End solutioning for several Advanced Analytics engagement across different industries. Organize and facilitate project plan, timely communication and reporting of the daily activities as well as weekly/monthly to different stakeholders. Participate in building in-house capabilities to execute AI-based Advanced Analytics project and solutions. Provides all support to the team using servant leadership style whenever possible and leads by example. Participate in knowledge sharing with client account teams as well as with broader Advanced Analytics team members. Contribute in expanding and sustain knowledge base through training and mentoring of peers and subordinates. Establish technical performance benchmark Support Sales team during bidding process with technical clarifications. Support project team with estimates, schedules and resources loading. Develop solution architecture and generate draft for design reviews. Help in developing project documentation and client training. Education and Qualifications Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Additional Certifications will be an advantage. Other skill sets Experience 12 - 16 years of overall experience in delivery of end-to-end analytical solutions (analyze, design, implement, test and deploy) and implementation of AI and Advanced Analytics projects for Oil, Gas, Chemical industries Good understanding of AI ecosystem and capabilities Awareness of latest trends,platforms and technologies for industrial use cases Exposed and experienced in application of AI for industrial use cases Hands on experience in developing and implementing ML and deep learning solutions and build models that run on various platforms using structured and unstructured data architecture and quality. Expert in preparing digital use cases feasibility study and design their appropriate solutions using analytics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms Solid experience in optimization, data mining and digital projects execution Strong hold on SQL and NO SQL databases and practical implementation of use cases using them. Experience in to life cycle management of AI applications from concept , build, deploy and manage. Hands in to AI frameworks or libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit, Pytorch .. etc Exposure in data transformation and data structuring as part of model building Building simple yet best fit solution design or logic design for complex data challenges or industry usecases. Hands on in to DevOps and ML Operation tools Hands in to business intelligence tools. Any of the tools like Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Looker etc.Job tags
