Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our IT services and solutions to clients in the Dehradun area. This is a full-time position with a focus on digital marketing and business development. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales and a strong understanding of lead generation and target-oriented sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the Dehradun area
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients in the Dehradun area to promote and sell our IT services
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets through lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop sales strategies and generate leads
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and expand our client base
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify sales opportunities
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our services
